Delivery Times & Sustainability Practices

Delivery Times:

• We dispatch all orders within 2 workdays unless a different time period is specified on the offer.
• For pre-orders, out-of-stock items, and new releases, we ship all orders in the order in which we've received them. If any delays with restocking occur (sometimes disasters can’t be prevented), we’ll notify you asap.

Sustainability Practices:

• Combined Shipping: For pre-orders or out-of-stock items expected in stock within 5 working days, we hold off on shipping until all items can be sent together. This helps us reduce the environmental footprint of your order.
• Partial Shipments: If you’ve ordered anything that’s getting restocked further down the line, don’t worry, we’ll get your in-stock items to you first and ship the restocked goodies later.
• Flexibility in Shipping: Prefer not to wait for combined shipping? Just send us a message, and we'll dispatch your available items immediately.

If you're using the packs, please do return them! They are meant to be used over and over. You can opt out of using the packs at any time. Just choose "Standard Shipping" at checkout. If you have a subscription, just drop us a line to opt out.

Great news for our UK customers! For all orders up to £135.00, we've got you covered with VAT-inclusive shipping, as per HMRC regulations. This means all applicable charges are included in your order up to this limit – no surprises!

For orders over £135.00, VAT isn't included. If there are any taxes or duties, you'll take care of these directly with customs upon arrival. Don't worry, though – we adjust your price at checkout, deducting any VAT for orders over £135. This way, your total cost stays the same, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

According to the de minimis thresholds, you are entitled to import up to $800 of foreign goods per shipment without paying import duties.

If your order value is below $800, you only pay the price you see at checkout. No hidden charges!

All our shipments go through prior registration with the FDA, so we take care of all the paperwork to make sure nothing stands in the way between you and your MoLove powders.
