How to do a Return

  • Initiate your Return


    Fill out our Contact Form, select “Returns” in the dropdown menu, and we’ll send you a return label via email asap.

  • Pack It Up


    Please include the order slip and indicate which items you are returning. This helps us process your return.

  • Ship It


    Use the provided label to ship the product back to us in its original packing.

Return Labels

For returns within Germany: We charge a small fee of 3.95 EUR per return label which will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs charges may apply.

Damaged Goods?

If any items arrive broken or damaged, just contact us, and we’ll send a replacement pronto! Just fill out our contact form and, if possible at all, please attach a photo so we can report this to DHL. You can also email us at support@molove.com or get in touch through the chat box on the bottom right on the Contact Us page.

Our Return Policy

We treasure our MoLove community and strive to ensure your satisfaction. Because we sell food products, we can’t accept returns on opened or partially consumed products due to health and safety reasons. However, we're always here to help make sure you have a great experience. If you wish to return any unopened items, you can do so within 30 days of purchase.

Option for Self-Arranged Return Shipping

We understand that you might prefer to arrange your own return shipping. If you do, there will be no shipping fee charged by us. Just ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, and inform us via our Contact Form with the tracking details. Remember, when you choose this option, the safe return of the product is your responsibility.
