Unlike some other products, we do not use mycelium as the EU novel foods regulations recommend the use of fruiting bodies. The whole mushrooms, with their fibers intact, are not only more potent but also beneficial for your system. We believe keeping the fibers intact in the powders allows for a more enjoyable and wholesome experience.

We source our bio-quality mushrooms from trusted suppliers in the Netherlands, ensuring they are grown on plant-based substrates to retain their vegan quality. Unfortunately, all the “paper pouches” suitable for food packaging are coated with plastic. While they look kind of cute and organic, they’re actually more wasteful than they appear since they're not recyclable at all! So, when someone claims sustainability while using plastic-coated paper, it's not exactly the full story. We choose to use fully recyclable foil packaging as it's food-safe and ensures the product remains secure during the fulfillment process. Please reuse and recycle our packaging. We're also working on developing refill pouches!

Due to manufacturing, we have to leave a little bit of room in the pouch for the powders to settle. Our pouches are initially packed to the brim. Fill variations may occur depending on how the pouches get stored. When stored upright, it’s natural for our fine powders to settle down a bit more.
